We specialise in automotive and motorsport products, including performance parts and accessories. Product descriptions and pricing are provided as accurately as possible, however we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that may appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not signify our acceptance of the order — it is a confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance occurs when the goods are dispatched.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • PayPal

  • Afterpay (if available)

Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are provided at checkout. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, Torrisi Motorsport is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch of the order. Please inspect all items upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

Key points:

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is unopened and in brand new condition.

  • Change of mind returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  • Performance products are not eligible for refund unless inspected and approved by Torrisi Motorsport or an authorised third-party assessor.

  • The customer will be required to provide installation records, documentation, or other evidence for assessment.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

7. Warranty & Liability

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Unless stated otherwise, Torrisi Motorsport does not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torrisi Motorsport is not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or modification

  • Indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or vehicle downtime

  • Damage caused to your vehicle or other parts as a result of using performance products, unless proven defective through formal inspection

Where goods are deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, product information, text, and graphics — is the property of Torrisi Motorsport or its content suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
